Important Purchase Terms

By purchasing from Hewlett Hub Solutions, you agree to our product terms:

  • All printers are refurbished unless otherwise stated
  • Devices may show minor cosmetic wear
  • Support services (setup) are optional and separate from the product cost
  • Customers must follow the return policy for any issue resolution

1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your purchase from Hewlett Hub Solutions ("we", "us", or "our"). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

All products sold by Hewlett Hub Solutions are professionally refurbished to meet functional specifications unless explicitly marked as "new". Our refurbishment process includes thorough testing, cleaning, and replacement of worn components.

2. Product Information

Cosmetic Condition: Refurbished products may show signs of previous use including minor scratches, scuffs, or other cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality. Cosmetic condition is not considered a defect.

Accessories: Products include only those accessories listed in the product description. Original accessories may be replaced with compatible alternatives of equal or better quality.

Compatibility: It is the customer's responsibility to verify product compatibility with their existing systems before purchase.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but price changes will not affect confirmed orders.

Payment must be completed in full before order processing begins. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as indicated during checkout.

Sales Tax: Applicable sales tax will be added to orders based on the shipping destination's tax requirements.

4. Warranty and Returns

Warranty: All refurbished products come with a 12-month limited warranty covering functional defects. The warranty begins on the date of delivery.

Return Policy: You may return products within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Returned products must be in original condition with all accessories. A 15% restocking fee may apply.

Warranty Claims: To initiate a warranty claim, contact our support team with your order details and description of the issue. We may require troubleshooting steps or return of the product for evaluation.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Processing time is typically 1-3 business days. Shipping times vary based on destination and selected shipping method. Delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Shipping Damage: Inspect packages immediately upon delivery. Report any shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for replacement.

International Orders: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These are not included in the product price or shipping charges.

6. Support Services

Basic technical support is included with all purchases at no additional cost. Advanced setup services, configuration assistance, or on-site support are available as paid add-ons.

Support is available Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm EST via email, phone, or live chat. Response times may vary based on support volume.

Self-Service Resources: We provide comprehensive online documentation, setup guides, and troubleshooting articles to help customers resolve common issues.

7. Limitation of Liability

Hewlett Hub Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim related to these terms or your purchase shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where Hewlett Hub Solutions is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
